Eva Vega is a visionary leader and advocate for transformative communities with over 25 years of experience. As the founder and CEO of More Connected Humans, she helps organizations navigate the complexities of building inclusive, healing-centered communities during the most challenging times. Eva combines trauma-informed practices, anti-oppression frameworks, and her unique methodology—centered on 18 essential skills for community development—to inspire organizations to grow into liberated, connected, and resilient spaces.

Eva’s expertise lies in guiding schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven corporations through difficult transitions, offering tools and strategies to foster connection and trust amidst systemic challenges, conflict, and change. From designing listening circles and harm repair processes to equipping leaders with the tools to transform work cultures, her approach prioritizes healing, equity, and authentic transformation.

Through workshops, consulting, or licensing tools that empower teams to build capacity, her work transforms workplaces into hubs of belonging, healing, and cultural growth.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from The New School for Social Research and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Somatic Abolitionist, and Certified Conflict Mediation Specialist.
