Drue Hodgetts


Drue is a member of the Govans Presbytery congregation. She currently works as a community health nurse in a high risk high school in Baltimore. Drue has 2 adult children and a loving and supportive husband. In addition to helping her school community heal, she also loves to garden and share the produce with those of need in the community.

In my mind, nature is crucial to healthy development, community cohesion and peace of mind. Our sacred space is located in an area of poverty, pervasive violence and racial/socio-economic divisions. Every effort to create a space for peace and reconciliation is necessary to continue the journey towards community.
