Robert Butler


Robert is a resident of the Buena Vista community. He works for the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, and works to reduce crime through a public health approach. Being a Firesoul and stewarding the Sacred Place at Buena Vista Terrace is important to him because aside from this space, the neighborhood does not have any beautiful spaces where people can just enjoy being outside in nature.

There has been a lot of pain and trauma, and having a sacred place in the community to escape from that is monumental!
