Sharon Metcalf

I have been working in partnership with Congressional Cemetery since 2020 to create and establish a contemplative gathering space open to all visitors. The 'Circle of Life' has become a sacred space for communal events and for individuals to stop, rest, reflect, and appreciate the natural environment. I connect easily with people when sharing nature and it has been gratifying to see hundreds of other passersby find this unique space inspiring as well.
