Kim Drake

Ms. Drake has 27 years of experience in the field of environmental planning and design. Her experience includes the planning and design of small and large scale institutional, commercial, industrial, municipal, and community facilities and site amenity packages. These projects have included site feasibility studies, planning, engineering, permitting, graphics, community presentations, construction documentation, and construction monitoring.

Ms. Drake has participated in the planning and design of a number of recreational facilities consisting of community parks, trails, schools, office campus amenities, and municipal open space studies. She has been involved in municipal infrastructure projects such as streetscape, water and wastewater treatment plants and distribution, landfill capping and re-use, large-scale community master plans, brownfields reuse plans and land use studies.

Ms. Drake has a strong background in multidisciplinary collaboration, coordinating projects with architecture, structural, civil, electrical, and environmental engineers. She has participated in a number of private, municipal, and federal projects involving interaction with local, state, and federal governmental agencies.
