Frank Adam serves as a Construction Project Manager for CDM Smith in Fairfax, VA. He has worked on both large ($200 million+) wastewater treatment projects and smaller projects such as The Green Road. Prior to this, he was a Senior Cost Estimator for CDM Smith where he worked on the construction of office buildings and heavy, industrial water and wastewater treatment projects. Before joining the construction industry, Frank was a web application and database designer for an engineering firm. He has a BS degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
