Ellen Sewell


Ellen is passionate about doing whatever she can to better her community. She was instrumental in the development and construction of Stringfellow Garden. From laying the walkway to building the arbor over the bench to landscaping, the garden has been her passion project.

The Stringfellow Garden is also particularly special to Ellen because of her role in helping to renovate the historic home of the park’s namesake, Mrs. Susie Stringfellow.
