Ainsley Condon

Ainsley is the Grants & Development Coordinator at the Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park. An Annapolis native, she brings a personal connection to the city’s waterfront and maritime history to her work. She supports fundraising and grant writing efforts that advance the Museum’s mission, working across departments and with community partners to secure support for education programs, historic preservation, and public engagement initiatives that serve the Annapolis community and the Chesapeake Bay region. Ainsley works at the intersection of education and environmental stewardship, helping people connect to the Chesapeake Bay. Nature is where she resets and where her community can too.
