Nature is important to me because it Nature is important to me because it creates space to breathe, heal, and reconnect—especially for people and communities who don’t often get access to safe, green spaces. Growing up and working in urban environments, I’ve seen how concrete can feel heavy, how stress lives in the body, and how limited access to nature impacts mental health, physical wellness, and hope. Nature reminds me that growth takes time, care, and patience—just like people.
