Arthur “Jib” W. Edwards, Jr., President, He is President of Severn Management, Severn Development Company, He is Partner of Pax Edwards Development.

As President of Severn Development Company, Mr. Edwards, Jr. has successfully developed a diverse range of multi-family housing developments, from small rehabilitation projects to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and other affordable housing resources.

Jib is an Annapolis resident and longtime friend of Nature Sacred.

Often known as Leon Wolfe Park, this Sacred Place is nestled within a street-end park that was in dire need of an updated design and renovation. The view from the space is that of downtown, the Naval Academy, and the calming waters of Spa Creek.
