Margaret Morton


Margaret Morton is currently the executive director of the Sylacauga Alliance for Family Enhancement Family Services Center, which she has been doing since 1998. Margaret is a selfless leader whose unwavering commitment helping others has brought about positive and continuing change for the children and families of Alabama. As a Firesoul, Margaret’s passion for providing unique opportunities for those who she serves is reflected in her intentional stewardship and programming of her Sacred Place.

SAFE’s Mind, Body and Spirit Pathway, in partnership with CFNEA

SAFE is a community-based, non-profit organization who works to promote the safety and wellbeing of children and families in its community. This Sacred Place is a collection of four "nature rooms" filled with a rich multisensory plant palette and designed to engage students in its care.
