Melvin is a capacity-building strategist, serving underrepresented populations over 15 years via non-profit, academic, commercial, and community organizations. The East Baltimore Midway resident supports inclusive neighborhood revitalization as founder of Boone Street Commons (home of Ujamaa Cove) and establishing the Greater Greenmount Community Association Land Use Committee. As the Graham Projects Director of Operations and Engagement, Melvin is growing the company’s mission to Make Place Happen: collaborating with stakeholders to improve places through creative design-build initiatives.
