Ark and Dove Presbyterian Church seeks to establish a Sacred Place on their campus at 8424 Piney Orchard Pkwy, Odenton, MD 21113. The project site on the campus includes a large field, surrounded on three sides by a forest, and a parking lot on the remaining edge. The site offers opportunities to take advantage of existing pine patches, deciduous areas, boulders, proximity to the rec hall, and wide-open spaces to offer areas for individual reflection, a labyrinth, community programming, and outside worship at multiple scales.
