About this Sacred Place
Located in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore, Baltimore Clayworks exists to develop, sustain and promote an artist-centered community that provides outstanding artistic, educational and collaborative programs in ceramic arts. An integral part of the campus is Clayworks’ Nurturing Nature Outdoor Community Space. The outdoor community space is a place of respite and enjoyment for the Clayworks community and surrounding neighborhood. The space is complete with sky-reaching plants and flowers, ceramic sculptures, and an incredible clay fountain created collaboratively by resident artists.
