Enrichment Resources: event provider inspiration

Here at Nature Sacred, we strive to support our Firesouls and their communities as best as we can! From Enrichment grants, including opt-in virtual and in-person programming, there’s so many benefits to being part of the Network.

We are always here to help support our Firesouls by sharing resources and programming strategies — and here’s a neat resource that many of you have been asking for. We are kicking off our list of vendors and providers by highlighting BIPOC owned companies. We’re sharing providers and vendors, local to the Maryland area, but also available nationally that may help augment your programmatic efforts, enrich your community and support some BIPOC-owned providers!

This list is just the beginning of our overall resources list. If you know of, or are a vendor or provider, please feel free to reach out — we would love to expand the list!

Remember, all Firesouls are eligible to apply for Enrichment Grants to cover the costs of these providers and others like them.

Inner Workout (Virtual/National)

Need a little mindfulness? Inner Workout is an organization that blends mental and physical wellness practices to holistically engage in self-care. Using what they call the ‘FiveDimensions of Wellbeing ™ :  Physical, Energetic, Mental & Emotional, Wisdom, and Bliss. “Inspired by yogic philosophy + informed by science, the five dimensions allow you to care for the whole you.”

You may remember that last year, we partnered with Inner Workout to bring the Firesoul Network a series of virtual mind and body wellness sessions. We garnered such great feedback — there’s no doubting the importance of full-body wellness!
